“Feeling emotionally overwhelmed at some point is something to which most people can relate. I understand that sometimes life circumstances can leave one feeling conflicted, stressed and even hopeless and helpless. However, there is hope and there is help. As a professional, I have witnessed time and again the power of accurate information, solid resources, and compassionate support to transform even the most dismal circumstances. It is my strong desire to bring this powerful combination to all those with whom I work, as they discover more deeply their own inner resources and strengths.

I am passionate about my work with all those who come to me struggling with a wide range of emotional issues. I specialize in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, Acute and Post-Traumatic Stress, as well as Maternal Mental Health and Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders. I have also had the honor of training other professionals and lecturing throughout the country on these topics. When working with a client, it is priority for me that he or she feels heard and that collaboratively we find an approach to healing that is most comfortable for that individual. These first steps toward positive changes can feel challenging. I invite you to meet with me to discuss your options.”
